What are your rental rates?

Our current rental pricing is:

  • $700 for a half-day rental

  • $1,400 for a full-day rental

  • $1,800 for weddings (includes a private prep space for the bridal party next door)

How do I reserve a date?

To hold your date, we require 50% of the rental fee up front. The remaining balance is due the week of your event.

What’s included with the rental?

Your rental includes:

  • 6 round tables (6 ft)

  • 6 rectangular tables (6 ft)

  • 90 banquet chairs

  • 10 beer garden tables with benches (patio)

  • 2 oblong wrought iron tables, 8 round wrought iron tables, 43 wrought iron chairs

  • Use of our large wooden hexagon arch (no charge)

  • Access to full kitchen and 2 restrooms

  • Sound system with 2 large speakers and microphone

How big is the venue?

The indoor main area is 1,200 square feet, and the covered outdoor patio adds another 1,300 square feet of usable space.

Can I bring in my own vendors and catering?

Yes! We have an open vendor policy and no catering restrictions—bring whoever you’d like.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, Crossroads is a BYOB venue.

Are tablecloths available?

Yes, we offer black and white tablecloth rentals for $10 each.

Do you allow food trucks?

Absolutely! We have 4 dedicated food truck hookups and an enclosed area perfect for food service and outdoor fun.
